2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
3-4 tablespoons of coconut sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
4 tablespoons of gluten free flour (I like to use buckwheat)
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk
1. Mix everything together in a microwavable mug
2. Place the mug in the microwave on high heat for just under 1 minute
3. Blast it for a little big longer if it still looks too gooey
This recipe is all about trial and error with the time in the microwave, mine works best at just under 1 minute, perfectly cooked but still moist inside!
